Walking under the shades of yellow stone buildings of Beirut with triple arched windows embraced by green shutters. A hot pink bougainvillea creeps up a cypress tree. I lift my head up with a familiar feeling of love for the jacaranda trees crowned with lilac blooms.
On a warm spring weekend we travel to Fatka for a peaceful gathering, to a hotel situated on a hill top overlooking the infinity of the Mediterranean. A special guest from Spain is on the phone at the balcony of his room. After meditation ladies are out on the terrace for a chat.
As the coral sun sets everything gradually turns into hues of cobalt blue embellished with flickering golden lights. A gaze of peace renders the beauty of Lebanon.
